About Us
Brian Stepule recognized his passion for creating and building when he was a teenager. He developed and honed his skills by completing carpentry jobs for friends and family. By age 14, he was riding his bike to and from construction sites where he helped with framing jobs during the summer. Brian studied architecture in college while working on construction jobs on the side. He eventually returned to his original passion full-time and incorporated Stepule Builders in Glastonbury, CT in 1991.
Brian has operated his construction company with an honest desire to connect with his clients. He implemented a design-build concept so he could participate in the construction process from the initial planning stages to completion. He is a master carpenter and a licensed septic installer, and he enjoys the hands-on work involved in creating a new construction project.
